Intellix IT Solutions
Terms of service

Plain-English terms for using this site.

Last updated: February 2026 · Effective: 1 February 2026

1. Who you're agreeing with

By using intellixit.com (and any of its subdomains, including the Cloudvoro brand surface at /cloudvoro) you agree to these Terms with:

  • Intellix IT Solutions Limited — registered in England & Wales. Postal address: 82A James Carter Rd, Mildenhall, Bury Saint Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@cloudvoro.com.
  • Cloudvoro Ltd — registered in Ireland. Postal address: 1 Emmett St, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 YH05, Ireland. Contact: hello@cloudvoro.com.

For consumers and business users resident in the EU/EEA, your contracting party is Cloudvoro Ltd. For UK and rest-of-world users, your contracting party is Intellix IT Solutions Limited. Where a paid engagement exists, the engagement letter / signed proposal takes precedence over these Terms for the matters it covers.

2. What this site is — and is not

This site is a marketing and product-information surface. It includes a self-serve Free Attack Surface Scan tool, an Industry Benchmarks dataset, an Insights / blog, contact forms, a brochure (password-gated) and admin tooling (gated).

It is not: a substitute for professional cybersecurity advice tailored to your specific environment; a managed security service; an authoritative compliance certification; or a regulated investment, legal or accounting product.

3. Free Attack Surface Scan — Acceptable Use Policy

The free scan is provided in good faith. By running a scan you confirm:

  • You own the domain you are scanning, OR you have explicit written authorisation from the domain owner to test it on their behalf. If you are not sure, do not run the scan.
  • You will not use the scan to harass, intimidate or harvest information about a third party.
  • You will not attempt to abuse the scan — automated bulk scanning, scraping, distributed quota-evasion, denial-of-service or fingerprinting our infrastructure are prohibited and trigger automatic IP blocks.
  • You accept that the scan output is informational only, is computed against the public-facing surface of the domain at one point in time, and is not a substitute for a comprehensive penetration test or audit.
  • You accept that your scan grade, alongside the industry label you optionally select, contributes to the anonymised Industry Benchmarks page. Your domain, IP and identity are never published.

We may suspend or revoke scan access for any user, IP range or domain we reasonably believe is in breach of this AUP, with no obligation to provide notice or refund (the service is free).

4. PDF reports & deeper engagements

Requesting a free PDF brief, paid deep-dive audit, NIS2 readiness programme or any other paid engagement is governed by the dedicated engagement letter we issue before work starts. That letter — not this site — sets out the scope, deliverables, price, timing, IP ownership and warranties for that specific engagement.

5. Intellectual property

  • Site content (text, design, photography, illustrations, structured data, scan engine logic) is owned by Intellix IT Solutions Limited and Cloudvoro Ltd. You may quote up to 250 words for fair-dealing / fair-use purposes with attribution and a link back. Do not republish wholesale, train AI models on this content commercially, or scrape it at scale without written permission.
  • Trade marks: "Intellix", "Cloudvoro", "Keystone", "Voro Core" and the related logos are trade marks of the respective companies. Third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners.
  • Free-scan PDF reports issued to you are licensed to you for internal use and for forwarding to your insurer, board or auditors. Do not publish them publicly without written permission (we are happy to grant it — just ask).
  • Industry Benchmarks data is published in good faith for non-commercial reference. You may cite individual figures with attribution. You may not republish the dataset wholesale or use it to train commercial models without written permission.

6. Acceptable use — site-wide

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or any tool on it to facilitate or commit an offence under Irish, UK, EU or your local law.
  • Attempt to penetrate, fuzz, brute-force, scan, denial-of-service or otherwise interfere with our infrastructure (other than the explicitly-provided free scan against domains you own).
  • Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, lead-magnet form or any other input.
  • Scrape, mirror or republish the site at scale, including for AI training, without prior written permission.
  • Use the brand or trade marks in a way that implies endorsement we have not given.

Responsible security researchers reporting vulnerabilities under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy are explicitly authorised and welcome — see that document for the safe-harbour scope.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site, the free scan, the industry benchmarks and all freely-published content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish and UK law:

  • We do not warrant that the site, the scan engine, the PDF generator or any other free tool will be uninterrupted, error-free or that findings will be exhaustive.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage arising from your use of free tools or content on this site.
  • Our total aggregate liability to a user of free content / free tools is capped at €100 (one hundred euro).
  • For paid engagements, liability is set out in the engagement letter (typically capped at 100% of fees paid in the preceding 12 months).
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The free scan inspects publicly-reachable surfaces only. A clean grade does not certify that your systems are secure overall. Use the scan as a starting point, not a destination.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Intellix IT Solutions Limited and Cloudvoro Ltd (and their officers, employees, contractors) from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of the Acceptable Use Policy (in particular, scanning domains you do not own or have authorisation to test), or your infringement of third-party rights through your use of the site.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to free tools at any time, for any reason, including violation of the AUP or excessive use that imposes disproportionate load on shared infrastructure. We will action a deletion request from you under GDPR Art. 17 within 30 days. See the Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

  • For users resident in the EU/EEA, these Terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  • For users resident in the UK and rest of world, these Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Nothing in this clause prevents you, as a consumer, from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We will update these Terms when our practices change. Material changes are dated at the top. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you have an active paid engagement, the engagement letter takes precedence.

12. Severability & no waiver

If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

13. Contact
